December Mom's Group - Gifts for the Homeless

Related image

Last December, moms in our parish mother’s group wrapped mitts and hats for the homeless. These gifts were personally delivered by our Moms and their families during Christmas to the homeless and those in need.

Due to the project's success, we will repeat the activity again in December. Last year, many parishioners donated to help defray the cost of materials for this activity. Jenny and Alison are asking once again if you would consider donating $10 toward the Mother’s Group Christmas activity.

This weekend, please place your donation in the collection basket in an envelope labelled ‘Mother’s Group’ along with your name and address or just your envelope number for a tax receipt. All donations are gratefully accepted; every little bit will count. Thanks for your support of our parish mother’s group and our homeless brothers and sisters this Christmas!

The New Parish Lift
I am pleased to inform you that the new lift is now fully approved and operational. All the parish staff have keys to the lift and can assist you if you need to use the lift. The parish ushers, along with other parishioners, will be trained on its use so that there should always be a sufficient number of people who can assist anyone needing to use it.
